The 16-14 gauge blue heat shrink male bullet connector is used in wire splices where quick disconnects are important. Although not as watertight as some more expensive quick disconnect plugs, the bullet connector is definitely a bargain. A tight fit between it and the female end make your connections strong and hassle-free. The heat shrink back half stops corrosion from forming inside the connector and the connection between the 2 plugs is protected by a plastic guard on the female half of the plug so debris and corrosion are kept at bay.
